Our process

  • 1. Free design consultation & quote

    Once you’ve got in contact with us to arrange a free home quote, one of our experienced team will visit your property to discuss your ideas, take measurements, and assess any specific requirements.

    We’ll take your through all your options, ensuring you are neither spending money on things you don’t need nor cutting corners.

    You’ll be left with fixed price written quote, there and then.

  • 2. Placing your order & survey

    If you’re happy to move forward with your quote, your order will be placed.

    We’ll book in a time for our surveyor to visit your home to take the precise measurements for your new windows.

  • 4. Crafting your windows

    With the exact measurements, we’ll begin crafting your new windows. Bespoke Windows take up to 10 weeks to be made at our factory in Devon.

    Once the windows have been completed you will be notified and we will arrange a date for installation.

  • 5. Installation day

    Our experienced team fit approx 3 windows per day and will always ensure your windows are secure and weatherproof overnight.

    We aim to complete every window the same day and clean up thoroughly so you can get back to normal that evening.

  • 6. 10 year guarantee and ongoing support

    No quibbles. We pride ourselves in our open-book bespoke approach to every client’s needs – and when we say 10 years, we mean it.
